“Place was very clean and very well appointed. Location for restaurants and boutiques was great. Host was easy to communicate with. Would def stay again.”

“The place was as advertised and was perfect for our weekend. We were in town for a wedding nearby and the location out us about 10 minutes from the wedding venue and also to the hotels where others were staying. Only complaint is that it is close to railroad tracks and a road so bring a white noise machine to drown out the sounds at night.”

“Spacious and comfortable, with every essential you could need. Apartment is completely updated and even has a washer/dryer. Great location that's walking distance to restaurants and to 69th St Station. Also the property owner was very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. “Our stay in Bear was very nice. The apartment was well stocked and very clean. The location was in a very nice neighborhood and my wife enjoyed jogging in the morning. Plenty of access to nearby grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies/convenience stores. Uber trips to UD were also convenient and it was a 15-20 ride to campus. We would stay here again.”

“clean, simple, comfortable, convenient. a great option. good proximity to most all area schools. easy access also into city. parking is on street (fairly busy street) but was never an issue. always had spot right in from of house gate. unit in back of house so very very quiet. and house occupants follow a "quiet time" policy as well. owners very helpful and prompt with all postings. I noted a closet door was off the runner (just to alert them) but they immediately came and corrected it. owner……

“We were going to the supercross at Lincoln stadium. It was a lot farther away than we realized and the neighborhood was a little sketch However once we started settling in the neighbors were super nice. The owner was fairly easy to reach and the check in process was a breeze. There’s a great Italian restaurant within walking distance and the food was really good Not fancy but tasty”
