「Bit of a bait and switch. The rooms are very small. The fireplace is bring your own wood. And the fireplace isn't wide enough so it sets the fire alarm off. The shower is a tube. The wifi doesn't work on the property and I struggled to get data. The cable is connected to wifi so that doesn't work. The rooms are decorated with very odd paintings. Very easily could be the scene of a scary movie. The pond had a bunch of trash, a fountain that resemble my lawn sprinkler, and was very cheap looking...

「Staff was good. Things need maintenance in the room. The driveway is in bad shape.」

「Great location. Bed was old and really noisy.」

「Enjoyed one night stay in Rm 6 (yes all the guest rooms are numbered). The apt comes with kitchen, batch room and a bedroom with a queen size bed. Besides, there is common area you share with other guests including the balcony and the basement. Clean, warm and convenient location to The PA Grand Canyon Lookout. Bill the owner is the greatest host you can find! Absolutely recommend this place.」

「Jackson Farm is a very nice place to stay if you're visiting the Pennsylvania Dutch Country - many of the small towns to visit are a short drive away. The accommodations are excellent and the hosts have really thought of everything - all of the amenities you need for a comfortable visit/stay are at your fingertips. The hosts are very pleasant and you can easily contact them during your stay.」

「Couldn’t open windows. Very inhospitable host. We didn’t feel at ease at all. Minimal supplies, not worth the money.」

「Very friendly and lovely property if you enjoy peace and quiet!」

「Applebutter Inn is a breath of fresh air! The historic and cozy building is a welcome change from chain hotels. Julie is so kind and hospitable, we felt like old friends by the time we left. We were all charmed by her companion, Chiquita Banana, who is the sweetest pup you'll ever meet! Our room was immaculate and comfortable. We hope to make it back to Slippery Rock some day, and will definitely stay at Applebutter Inn again!」

「Truly wonderful experience. The host was wonderful as was the home. Very close walk to downtown and a quick five minute drive to Gobbler’s Knob. Being able to have access to a full kitchen, a living room stocked with board games, and a laundry room with full amenities was priceless. Highly recommend Destination Greenhouse!」

「Beautiful, quiet place. Very quaint with so many little places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Awesome breakfast, great place for couples! Would love to come again.」

「It was exactly what I needed. I had to be in Pitt for a8:00 am event. The neighborhood was beautiful and I was able to get dinner and breakfast in just a short walk. The room was very roomy and comfortable and the porch looked like it would have been a great opportunity place to read.」

「 we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

「Awesome, relaxing staycation! From the moment we arrived we knew this was going to be a memorable stay as the Owners (Oscar & Stephen) was there to greet us, gave a tour of this castle/mantion. They are kind hearted people doing lots of social and community work in the area. During the castle tour, we liked another suite and host let us upgrade since it was available at no charge. At this place, they care about you, having good time; no haggling about anything monetory. Ambience is such a...
