"Our journey from Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Post Falls, Idaho, was quite lengthy, especially with seven young children in tow. However, our experience at the Hyatt Inn was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Having stayed at many Hyatt locations over the years, I can confidently say that this was the best customer service I have ever encountered. Every member of the staff, from the front desk team to the restaurant and bar personnel, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our stay. I truly wish every Hyatt could emulate your outstanding service. Thank you for all your hard work; it did not go unnoticed."

We were here for a surgery so the game room was an extra big hit to keep kids occupied. While we did not go far, it is close to many things (grocery stores, restaurants and for us Northwest Specialty Hospital).Overall, great stay and would 100% stay here again! "

"We travelled to Post Falls, ID for a surgery at Northwest Specialty Hospital. Whispering Pines was the perfect place to stay after surgery to recover. The space was perfect and the garage/game room kept our son very entertained. The primary suite was so comfortable and private while I rested and recovered. "
