Gulf Coast Getaway Host- Wendy was very welcoming, attentive, and always replied to my needs/concerns. The house is located in an excellent place, walking distance to the beach on one side and bay on the other side. Home is well equipped. Close to restaurants.

Heated pool, they have beach toys and floaties for kids.

Very spacious beautiful place nice balconies. The sunsets and sunrise off the top balcony was our favorite. The bedroom up stairs was said to have a king bed but was a queen instead. That the only negative about this place. I loved where it set on the corner lot. Good walking to beach. Had a great time!!

Property was beautiful and very convenient to beach and restaurants. The deck which almost surrounded the house was a relaxing and beautiful place to gather and view the beach. The rooms were comfortable and since we were mostly couples, the en suite bathrooms were a big plus! The utility kitchen with refrigerator and microwave and sink on the 2nd level were a major convenience for those who stayed upstairs. The pool was great and a happy place even for those who were not swimmers.

Fantastic house for multiple families!

This house was great for our five families. Plenty of space and fantastic location. The pool and upper floor game room and deck were such nice bonuses. We would definitely rent this house again!

Family reunion

Perfect place for 26 family members of various ages. We even hosted extended families for a dinner. Plenty of room and lots of balconies.

Fabulous

We have stayed near several of the gulf coast beaches and this is by far our favorite. We had access to both sides of the isthmus with calm water on one side and waves on the other. Great soft sand on both. Plenty of room for all!

Wedding!

My husband and I decided to book this property as our reception venue and a place for our family to stay for our wedding. It was perfect! We had a small wedding so the balcony worked really well for a cocktail hour and the ground floor was a perfect reception area. I even went barefoot and had no issues with the smooth concrete! We had a couple issues withe the elevator but management responded extremely quickly and sent someone asap!

Volleyball Tournament Stay

We brought a team of 20 girls to play in a volleyball tournament in Florida. This house was perfect for our group. We were able to cook meals together and eat together. The girls were just a short walk away from the beach, so they were able to go down when they had free time. There were games that they were able to enjoy together, and the most important aspect of this house was that we felt very safe.

Overall fantastic property but pricey.

Small things need improved like a newer grill...and the dryers need to be cleaned full of lint and didn't dry until we cleaned them...other than that great property great location nice pool highly recommend.

The house was good, clean, and spacious. Kitchen tools need attention. Space around pool is tight.

The house overall was good. We had a large group ages 1-70 staying at the property. Our only problem was the kitchen tools. The kitchen utensils for cooking need replacing. It was hard to make food for our large group (13 people) with spoons feeling like they were about to break. We did bring knifes and a can opener from home as suggested by another reviewer. A set of wooden spoons would be helpful. Also the main oven would not stay on. It is a gas oven and would turn off completely without us knowing. We used the wall oven more often.

Amazing!

July 2-10, 2022. This is an amazing home! Family of 28 ranging in age from age 72 to 6. We were there for Blue Angels week and the top floor deck was an amazing view of the practices and main show!! The King bedroom on the main floor is huge - we had two air mattresses on the floor for the Little’s and still had space! The kitchen is well equipped and the patios…. Wow! Just wow. No better place for coffee and lots of laughs! We put our Coleman shade over the picnic table by the pool as a litttle shade is needed, but brand new poly wood patio set delivered while we were there and the maintenance team was awesome. While I’m sure our rental fee with the Angels week extra day helped fund said purchase, it was worth it ! The elevator is a little finicky, But we were grateful as my 17 year old and his broken foot needed it. I highly recommend this home!

Family vacation

There were 15 of us staying here - 4 families. We had enough bedrooms and baths that everyone was comfortable and able to shower and get ready in a timely fashion. I felt the walk to the beach was perfect and the view from the upper deck was nice. The kitchen was well equipped (could have used more kitchen towels). We cooked some very good meals here. There was plenty of glassware and dishes. The two dishwashers and two laundry rooms were a bonus. We would definitely go back again.

Family vacation

This is a beautiful property and the bedroom situations are perfect. The house does need some more utensils ( cooking spoons, spatulas etc.) and a better can opener. The rugs had not been vacuumed so we picked up a lot of dirt and hair on our socks But over all it is a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay We would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful dwelling

This home was fabulous. Great location, great amenities, great A/C. We really enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was both kitchen faucets were caked with black goo and corners of showers were dusty with sand. The cleaning crew showed up to clean before 9am when we were to check out by 10am.

Amazing Vacation

When we pulled up we were in love with this house. The house, views, location were amazing! We had 22 adults at the house. Enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Living area was big enough to all hang out comfortably. We had a wedding rehearsal dinner on main floor. Beautiful pool. Steps to beach where we had wedding. Wedding reception under house. Enough room for 50 people. Hosts were great too!! We would for sure come back to this house. Best wedding weekend ever!!

Lovely home

Rented this home for family gathering over the Easter break. The property is beautiful. Loved it!! Home is even larger than the pictures. Walk across the street to the beach access. Paid for the pool to be heated as recommended by managers…worth the extra. There are small things that need attention in the kitchen. At this price point, I’d recommend the owners purchase a decent outdoor grill, decent prep knives, a working can opener, pot holders, a four slice toaster and griddle of some sort. Kitchen supplies are poor quality. Gas grill took far too long to heat and cook, the burners need replacing. We aren’t chef…just basic meals. Management is very helpful and professional. Recommend them!! Would rent again. BTW…bring everything. There are no staples…not even salt. Florida allows homes to provide nothing beyond the first day…

We rented this house for our wedding reception, and we were absolutely blown away by how nice it was. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is bigger and closer to the beach than the pictures show. We were so pleased with the stay!!!

Gorgeous with a great location

Great large group/family home. Loved all the bedrooms so each family had their own space and private bathroom. The pool came in clutch when it was Red flag conditions with 11 kids ages ranging from 2-12 for the last 3 days of our stay. All of the adults have already stated that we need to start planning our next visit! Absolutely beautiful home, a lot of thought was put into building and decorating. We lived in the kitchen it seems and the island table was an awesome feature-the little kids had a safe place to sit and the adults had a place congregate while cooking. The gas grill was plenty big enough to feed all 28 of us every night with leftovers for lunch even. The elevator was even more useful than anticipated (getting our matriarch around) with all the unloading and loading of food and luggage. The location is ideal, far enough out from the shopping area that the beach is not overrun but close enough for a long walk or quick drive to all the amenities. We definitely will be coming back to this gorgeous home!

Great house!

We had 26 people stay at the house for a week. There was more than enough room to accommodate all of us. Very close to the beach. And, the management company has a beautiful 6 person golf cart for rent which allowed us a short ride to the boardwalk.
