「Great place to stay and the owners are so great to deal with! Highly recommend」

「To start property manager is very quick to respond and address any issues. This house had black mold coming out AC vents, the closet in the bedroom with two beds has mold along the roof, the AC closet has mold everywhere as well. We pointed this out and the manager came and did visual inspection and submitted for maintenance. He offered full refund as they could not get the issues addressed until the day we were leaving. Unfortunately no other properties were available as it was the 4th of July....

「The stairs were biggest problem as I am 75 but we took bottom level so we didn't have to carry bags up steps the one sand dune going to beach was a chore worked well with families being separate areas」

「It’s a good place for the price ! Everything works , with an excellent location . Host is quick and responsive .」

「The cottage is quaint. Location was perfect for our needs. Cynthia was a lifesaver after I managed to lock us out. Perfect size for 1-2 people. We enjoyed our stay there.」

「Great property and extreme bang for your buck value. Very spacious open living room concept and additional sleeping possibilities. Will definitely use again for next Pensacola vacation.」
