Great view from balcony. Easy access to beach. Great that people with wagons of stuff weren’t allowed in front of beach chairs and umbrellas. Very clean condo. Great amenities. Wi-Fi not so good.

Beautiful condo with the perfect location! The condo was very clean and organized. Its location was so convenient! Close to the elevator and over looked the pool! We are definitely hoping to stay here again in the future! 10/10!

Condo was Well equipped with everything needed!! Big balcony and spacious Rooms!! Beach was only one row of umbrellas and not overcrowded like first three highrises. Will definetely stay here in the future.

Relaxing Adventure

The condo is exactly as pictured. We made good use of the balcony; we ate, napped, read books and enjoyed the scenery. The location was exceptionally close to the beach and pool. FYI- you now have to wear a wrist band to the beach and pool. Thanks for having available the beach chairs and toys; although, we couldn't get the umbrella to open up. (May be due to operator error?) The kitchen was very well stocked, with cooking and eating utensils (only extra items you need to bring are paper towels and toilet tissue). The beds were pretty comfy, my granddaughters said the pull-out couch bed was even comfy. And was pleasantly pleased to have washer/dryer in condo. Plenty of room for 6 people. Thanks for letting us share your little paradise. Navarre Beach was not crowded and a beautiful area to visit. Hope to come back another time in the future.

Beautiful location

The condo is beautiful. Well stocked in many ways but could be even better with a few additions (only supply one trash bag, no little kid dishes, so bring some if you have littles). It was mostly very clean, just a few missed spots in the bathrooms. The lights flicker pretty much constantly in the living areas and bathrooms which was a little concerning. I liked that there was a ton of seating. There were extra chairs everywhere which was helpful. Lots of extra pillows and towels. Lovely outdoor furniture. Nice pool and very active security personnel. Overall a good stay.

Relaxing fall getaway

Condo was perfect and had all needed necessities. The balcony is spacious with plenty of seating. The views are spectacular!! Overall a wonderful stay.

Perfect beach getaway!!

Would 100% stay at property again, nice big rooms never felt crowded even in kitchen, back patio was spacious so you didn’t feel crowded & much restaurants within walking distance. Hopefully will be able to stay at property again.

Family getaway

Beautiful condo that matches pictures. I was impressed and felt the condo was bigger than I had expected. The view of the beach is amazing and we really enjoyed ourselves. The owner Fred sent an e-mail prior to check in with all the information we would need. Security on the grounds monitored the pool and parking lot area very closely. All guests need to wear a red band to get to the pool and beach. I really liked this as it prevented people on the beach from walking up and using the pool. The grounds are well maintained and staff friendly. We found the families staying around us friendly and many condo owners were out on the beach and would strike up conversation. My only complaint, which I feel Fred handled well was that our sheets in the Master bedroom were not changed. They were visibly dirty. I think the cleaning crew ran out of time as they were still there when we went to check in. I’m sure it is a challenge to turn over condos quickly between guests, but the crew could have spent a little more time giving the place a deep clean. Fred did respond quickly when I let him know of this issue and sent over a new set of sheets and returned the cleaning fee. The sheets in the other bedroom were clean. While this was an inconvenience, we were able to wash the sheets and remake the bed quickly and really enjoyed our time in the condo. I would recommend this condo, the building and the area to anyone looking for a relaxing beach trip.

Great time in our favorite place.

We have never stayed in this particular unit before but we will be back! It was in the perfect location: near elevators, pool and walkway. Condo was decorated nicely and we had plenty of space. My only con I would say, is there wasn’t a whole lot of Tupperware (not a terrible thing, but we cooked a lot and had nothing for left overs so if you plan on cooking, bring some or grab some ziplocks)

One of our favorites

Fred’s condo was one of our favorite VRBO stays. Very nice and clean and comfortable. The deck was large and the outside seats were used the most during our stay, listening to the waves both day and night. I would recommend newer cushions just because being on that deck was the best part of the trip. One thing I would recommend is walking the pier at night and watching the locals fish for squid, fun to watch. Lots of great memories
