This beautiful Gulf-front corner vacation rental includes balcony entrances in both the primary bedroom and living room which lead to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this upscale and mission-styled vacation rental include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The primary bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, and twin sinks. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players.
Guests have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or just unwind in the outdoor hot tub. You can even rent our social room with stunning floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event! Enjoy the use of a WiFi connection in your condo, lobby, or social room, and DVD rentals. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
