Flip Flop Retreat is on Santa Rosa Island, FL. Comfortably sleeps 16 guest. A great spot to soak up some sun. A balcony will make your beach vacation comfortable watching the sun come up and the sun go down. In addition, enjoy nearby water activities such as boating, surfing, jet skiing, and fishing. 5 bedrooms with 4 having ensuites. One of Florida's best beaches steps away. The interior features 2 king primary with ensuites, 2 queen bedrooms 1 with ensuite, and a bunk room with ensuite equipped with 2 bunk beds, 2 twin beds, a sofa, and a Large TV perfect for children to have their own space. The living dining room has a large Amish solid wood banquet table, 3 leather couches and a large TV. Large private in-ground swimming pool that can be heated. A large SPA with outside shower to wash off. Outdoor gas and charcoal grill which every you prefer. Cook out and dine on the large covered balcony. Other amenities of home: fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, full size washer and dryer. Enjoy a walk in the sand for a day of fun at the Beach. Cool off in your own private in-ground swimming pool or relax in the Spa. Plenty of covered parking for your cars.
This home is pet friendly, 2 pet limit. The fee is $175.00 for one pet or $350.00 for 2 pets. The fee is non-refundable. Rates are subject to change.

This home requires a Saturday to Saturday 7 night's stay during Season. Any evidence of Smoking found on the premises will result in an additional fees.

Great quiet location

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The house was in the perfect location. We were just the right distance from the beach and having a private pool was nice for the kids. We will definitely stay again.

The good: Location is PERFECT. House is very spacious. The bad: Unfortunately the pool was filthy the entire time we were there because the filter was broken. I understand things break but the pool was the reason we booked the house. The only way to communicate with the owner is by email, I asked for a phone call but did not get one. Some communications took more than a day to respond. Beds are rock hard. I would stay here again with an assurance of a functioning pool, and possibly purchasing a mattress topper while I was there.

Beautiful place with a wonderful location

We've been coming to Navarre Beach every year since 2014. This was our first house experience due to a growing family. The house was the perfect setup for our large family needs. The pool and hot tub were nice too. Great location even for not being directly on the beach. We would definitely rent again.

Great house for families!

Great house! The bunk bed room was the best for the grandkids. Plenty of room for all of us. Walk to the beach. Bike on the back roads. One of our favorite places!

Amazing house

Amazing house, the pool is amazing. Just a small walk and across a two lane road and tight on the beach. Lots to do within 20 to 30 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

This was our second week spent at Flip Flop Retreat. We had a great time and really loved the place. The kids room was a big hit and we used the pool every day. We are already planning our trip back next year!

Great house near beach!

Such a cute house with great amenities. The shed has everything you need to enjoy your stay! The hot tub was a big hit with the kids! Tom was wonderful and quick to answer any question we may have! We look forward to coming back next year!

Relaxing week

Our family of 13 enjoyed our week at this property. The kids swam in the pool everyday. And it had plenty of room for our family. It was clean and had plenty of outdoor seating. I would definitely stay here again.

My family of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The home is exactly as pictured. I would say that some of the pictures make it look dark, but it's not at all. Very bright and open. We loved the pool and hanging out under the home .

A little slice of heaven

We were attending my son's wedding on the beach. The house was large and spacious. We had 12 people and the house was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. We had coffee on the porch every morning which made our day!! All of the rooms were large and inviting. Couldn't have ask for a better place to stay. Will definitely be returning.

The house was perfect for our family of 12; ranging in ages from infant to mid 60s. Clean, quiet, plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Great location- close proximity to the beach. Loved the large driveway and sand pit - the kids used it often. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Would stay here again!

Great property

I rented this to get my kids, grandkids and great-grandkids together for a week. Everyone had a terrific time. Having the pool and hot tub was the best. The house was awesome and we had plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group. ❤️

Navarre Beach Vacation

We had a great week at Navarre Beach. It was our third time as a family to vacation in Navarre. We love the food, beach and the many activities that can be found for the kids. The home was laid out wonderfully. It was clean and organized. The pool was a great for us all. The home needs some maintenance but didn’t hinder our stay. We would stay there again. Great memories! Favorite Place

This house and location were everything we hoped for and more. Just steps away from the beach and when we didn’t want to go to the beach we were relaxing by the pool. Tons of seating and space for all. The bunk room was perfect for our group of teen girls. The neighborhood was peaceful and calm. By far in the 6 years of vacationing with our family and friends, this has been our favorite home and location. We hope to be back.

Nice, clean, heated pool and large house

We had a family of 9 people with 2 being toddlers The house was plenty large for the family. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. It's about a 6 house walk to the beach. We also had a small dog and would rent again if in the area. Navarre is sooo much nicer than Pensacola Beach. The beach wasn't crowded and very little traffic. Navarre is better than Pensacola Beach.

Family vacation

This was our first vacation with all of our daughters and their families in Florida. It was perfect! We all had our own spaces but plenty enough room to come together which is why we were there. The kitchen was stocked very well and even had a croc pot. Close enough that you could hear the ocean and our babies that did not like the sand loved the pool. Hopefully we can all do this again soon. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact

Perfect Family Vacay

We had a total of 12 people, 4 being children, for our first family vacation in Navarre. This was also our first time renting a house for the whole family and there's no way we would ever go back to a condo. The size of the house was perfect for our group. Everything was clean. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes which was great since we made breakfast and lunch at the house. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony where you can see a bit of the ocean. The pool and hot tub were great since we did have a lot of on and off rain and some red flags during our stay. There were two beach accesses about a 5 minute walk which was easy enough. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay another time!
