Alles war super und sauber, nur die Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Zimmers und Badezimmers könnte etwas moderner sein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das angebotene Frühstück war sehr reichlich mit Brot, Bagels, Waffeln, Obst, Saft, Eiern, Würstchen o.ä., Früchtecocktails zum Essen, Konfitüre und Frischkäse. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Strand und Fishing-Pier und dem Boardwalk an der Lagune. Wir werden es wieder buchen, wenn wir in der Gegend sind!!!

Does it have all the bells and whistles-no. But it’s budget friendly, clean, dog friendly (no poop no dog smell), directly across the street from the beach, prime location (directly in behind the Pensacola beach ball and pier), light continental breakfast. Perfect for a quick getaway. The black housekeeper with the swoop bang was such a happy/friendly lady with a smile on her face every morning. I love when the staff greet the guest. Con- The ac blows ice cold but it’s so loud it sounds like a tractor (knocking/humming/clicking) so loud that I never slept the 1st night. Dehumidifier makes a constant humming noise. I told them and the sent maintenance to replace. This one still made noise but not as loud. So I turned the speed to low instead of high to decrease the noise and room was still cold. Recommend central air or get the AC professionally serviced so we can get a good night sleep. Other than the AC this place is awesome and me and my furbaby will be back

Overall, nice location. Just be aware that there is a loud bar on one side of the hotel. If you are not a fan of loud noise, I would recommend asking for a room on the opposite side.

Every member of the staff including the managers were truly amazing. There is always someone cleaning somewhere around the hotel. Directly across the street from the beach. The view is breathtaking and the amenities are free with your stay (private beach, fire pit, grill, pool, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, breakfast, and more).

The hotel was close and convenient to everything. Actual beach takes a drive and a walk but both are easy. Beds were ok. Rooms were nice and felt safe. Could have been cleaner. Large stains on the blind, mold on the bathroom wall etc. Pool area was small but nice. Again, could have been cleaner. (Guest could have helped by cleaning up after themselves!) Cigarette butts, cups, cans, wet towels...this was all at 10 am. Hotel seemed to be completely booked as the parking lot was always full and there were always friendly people coming and going. Parking was not an issue. Hotel breakfast was very nice. Staff was always extrememly pleasant at all times. If we are back in the Pensecola Beach area, we would stay again.
