“This is one of the best houses I’ve ever rented. Everything was extremely clean, organized, and located in a great area with plenty of parking. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and the bathrooms were spotless with excellent showers. The whole house is fully renovated, and the keyless touchpad entry on both the front and back doors made check-in very easy. Highly recommended.”

“It definitely needs some fixing up both inside and outside. The first day we arrived to a trail of ants on the porch. The porch really needs cleaning and pressure washing. The inside needs work done too. There were 2 roaches in the downstairs bathroom. The microwave did not work. As far as upstairs, the room with the balcony, the dead bolt lock does not lock the door, it just turns. The mattress in that room had a nice dip in it, my hip was hurting.
