“Clean, well kept older home. Loved the charm and kitchen. Conveniently located near downtown and Navy Blvd for antiques.”

“Host was responsive & provided very clear check in/check out instructions. The bed was comfortable and the space felt more homey than a hotel. The house is split into three units but the doors are spaced out so that you don’t have interact with other guests. My only feedback for improvements would be better or more pillows and a key pad for unlocking the door. Having to keep up with the physical key & or opening the lock box each time wasn’t impossible but just punching in a door code would have……

“The place was just as described. Very nice, convenient to everything, as well as clean & very quiet. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The bay was just across the street which was great for walks. My family lives in Gulf Breeze, and I plan on renting this place again when I visit. The thing I missed the most, the left over condiments, seasoning, coffee creamer, sweetener, etc. All the things we buy on a trip that we only need a little of & typically leave for the next guest. “This home was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday with family and friends. The dining room table was the perfect size, the home is spacious and we didn’t feel crowded- we loved the bamboo mattresses and copper pillows- slept great! Everything was well supplied and the hosts met us with a tour at check in. Our favorite part- other than the fenced yard- was the cozy fireplace! We enjoyed the US Naval museum while there, as well as the pier and the downtown markets and an Irish pub. We hope to……

“The home was perfect for our time in Pensacola! I brought 6 of my grandsons (ages 6-19) to see the Blue Angels practice. The location was great! The game room was used a lot, the boys enjoyed it tremendously!! The pool was clean and there were lots of pool toys available. The house was just as described and pictured. It was clean, the kitchen well stocked, nice washer & dryer, plenty of bath towels, pool towels and beach towels, beds were comfy!! There were beach toys and lots of beach chairs……
