"It was a clean area"

"This hotel was still in the middle of renovation. Nothing listed on the website about it. It only said it was renovated but it is a lie as it was still in renovation. We had no access to the pool, nor the elevator. We had no breakfast (said it was included) when we asked we were given a paper bag with an apple, a twinkly and one energy drink. (3 things I can not have). The room was filthy with paint and cement residues all over the carpet, the bathroom floor and on the doors' handles. Hole on the walls and outlets barely set up. The lamps shades and clock still had wraps on them. We told the person at the front office but did not seem to care much except that he knew about it and mentioned that other people had made some complaints. It was not worth the amount we paid for this room. We were extremely disappointed."

"I will 100% stay here again. We checked in super early and I asked for a downstairs, the lady got me a room right next to the pool for my kids & we loved it! They were very friendly and the hotel was in the middle of everything. About a 17 min drive to the beach but that didn’t bother us at all!"
