"What a wonderful gem! The accommodation is as lovely as the pictures show. Very clean and spacious and has everything you need including some outdoor space. We were pleasantly surprised by this place and it’s one of our favourite properties to date. The location is absolutely superb. Lovely trail walk to the coastal trail but secluded enough that it’s quiet and private. There’s a trail across the fields to get to a great little pub with excellent food. Lastly, our hosts were really lovely and...

"The cottage is fine and it is in a nice location BUT the details of the cottage listed on the Expedia website and Sykes Cottages are different and misleading. Expedia shows the cottage to be within the Penzance city centre & 8 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The cottage is 8 miles (13 kms.) from the Penzance city centre. Old Success Inn

10/10 Excellent

"Parking was a challenge when disabled and no one to ask for help however the staff were able to help once I was inside the building"

Cosy Character Cottage With Sea View In Mousehole

8/10 Good

"It’s a pretty little cottage in a good location. The parking is slightly difficult but there are car parks near by. The house had a slightly musty smell downstairs. There are way too many trinkets about and the middle bedroom is pretty small it has a double bed but there is very little space around it. The showers are pretty bad with very little pressure. I was surprised that we had to strip our own beds at the end of our stay. There are some excellent fish restaurants in Mousehole and the village is very pretty"
