We're back! After 6 wonderful years on Airbnb, we've meticulously renovated our home to surpass expectations! Situated near Peoria International Airport and Interstate 474, our newly remodeled home offers easy access to top local attractions. Explore Wildlife Prairie Park, shop at Grand Prairie, or enjoy the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex-all within 10 miles. A 15-minute drive to downtown Peoria, this home is your ideal choice for a sophisticated and comfortable stay in the Peoria area! Welcome to our stunning 2,300 sq. ft. home, featuring four spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. For your convenience, there's an attached, heated two-car garage, perfect for those cold or rainy nights. Throughout the home, enjoy the soothing sounds of Sonos, designed to help you relax during your stay. Step outside to a spacious deck where you can relish the outdoors with the added privacy of having no neighbors behind you. Enjoy cooking on the gas grill for an outdoor dining experience. The kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting luxury quartz countertops, a wine cooler, upscale appliances, and all the cookware and dishes you might need. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or a quick snack, you'll find everything you need right here. This home offers two master en-suites for ultimate comfort. The bedrooms are furnished with one king bed, two queen beds, and one full bed, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for your group. From the moment you arrive, you'll have the freedom to explore and utilize all the luxurious amenities our home has to offer. You may see them on the property taking care of these tasks. Additionally, our friendly next-door neighbor kindly assists by taking the garbage out to the street and bringing it back once a week. Rest assured, we respect your privacy and will keep interactions to a minimum unless you require assistance. However, we are just a call or message away should you need anything or have any questions during your stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, in Lake Long Bow Subdivision. 7 minutes from Peoria Airport, 17 minutes from Louisville Sport Complex, 16 minutes from Downtown Peoria, 19 minutes from Peoria Heights, 25 minutes from East Side Centre. While there is no local public transit, Interstate 474 and I-74 connects to all major sections of the Peoria area; East Peoria, North Peoria, Washington, Morton, Dunlap. Please be aware that we have a Ring Doorbell with a camera installed for security purposes. In compliance with county regulations, we are required to record the name, address, and phone number of all guests. While Airbnb does not automatically share your address with us, we will need to obtain this information before your stay. Relaxing Stay!

My family & I needed a place to stay over the holidays and this was such a relaxing space. The house was very nice inside. Lots of space to spread out! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house

This was the perfect house for our family! Very nice neighborhood and close to everything. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything you need, nice tvs, plenty of room for everyone including kids! The backyard was great, very secluded and a million birds, we had so much fun watching the birds and listening to the quiet! We will definitely be back when we come to visit Peoria!

Wonderful property

We felt like we were home! Amenities were more than expected, all rooms were nicely decorated. Beds and linens were top-notch, bathrooms well stocked with shampoo, conditioners, soaps. Kitchen/ dining area roomy with plenty of utensils, dishes and small appliances. Nice deck and yard for the kids, nice neighborhood. Will definitely book again.
