“Communication from the hosts was excellent. Recent renovations are noticable and lovely. The hosts responded very well to a couple minor improvements we brought up. This house has everything we needed for our stay. Bedrooms and living spaces are comfortable and inviting. Kitchen is pretty well stocked - you'll definitely find spices and cooking oil etc. The area is very beautiful and we enjoyed bringing our kids down to the lake for some swimming and seashell hunting. “The house is spacious, very clean, and there are plenty of household items, i.e. pillows, blankets, towels, kitchen items to accommodate a large group. The host left thorough instructions for access to the house, with just a slight mix-up on entry codes...but the host was very quick to respond and help me get it straightened out. “We stayed for a week due to a family member receiving treatment at the Mayo Clinic which is in close proximity. The house was very cozy and clean in a quiet neighborhood. We found all of the amenities we needed and enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have the attached garage especially during this cold winter. Adam was extremely pleasant to work with and responded to any question we had within 30 minutes. Would highly recommended this property. ”
