Failure to provide a signed rental agreement will immediately cancel the reservation without a refund if not received 24 hours before arrival.
No smoking inside (vape included)
No illegal drugs or illegal substances on the property.
Please return yard games and water toys to their designated locations.
Tapering, unplugging, or covering, with Ring Cameras (located at the front and back door) is grounds for immediate reservation cancellation without refund. The security cameras are there for the safety of YOU & our home.
No tapering/unplugging of the Wi-fi lock or router; that is grounds for immediate reservation cancellation without refund.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm, unless otherwise discussed. The smart lock is set for a strict 4:00 pm check-in; it will not allow you to access the home even 1 minute before.
Check-out is at 10:00 am.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. While we have designated quiet hours, it's important to note that this doesn't confine you indoors. Rather, it's a gentle reminder to maintain respectful voices and consideration for those around us.

Avoidable Fees:
+ $500 fee for unauthorized events/parties ( Bachelor and Bachelorette get parties are welcomed)
+ $500 fee for smoking inside; smoking outside is acceptable. Please respect the property and wildlife, and dispose of remains.
+ $750 unauthorized pet fee
