“This is the third time we’ve stayed at Afentiko Pigadi and it was just as great as the first two times. I cannot be more positive about the entire experience. The pool is amazing, house is well equipped, area is quiet and perfect for recharging. But most of all, the people are amazing. Marios is the kindest, nicest and most fun person you’ll ever meet. He made sure our stay was PERFECT. We’ll be back next year for sure. ”

“We had a wonderful week in the Goatshed. Fida and Chris are warm and generous hosts, and the accommodation is charming and full of character. Comfy bed, great shower, excellent cooking facilities. The terrace is a fabulous spot to linger at any time of the day. Koroni and the wider Messinia area are simply magical. Highly recommended.”

“Wir haben sehr entspannte und schöne Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr schön mitten in der Natur, bietet absolute Ruhe und ist trotzdem gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders genossen haben wir den Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Mani, den schönen Außenbereich und die Besuche einer besonders lieben Katze. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. “Nice apartment with small kitchen. Comfortable bed and very friendly host who personally meet and greet you at the door. Street parking is a bit challenging, but possible and took about 5-10 min to find a parking spot. About 10 min walk from city center one way or marina other way. 5 min walk to supermarket. ”

“Das Haus (mit Parkplatz vor dem Eingang) liegt am Hang eines hohen Berges an einer steilen Straße. Man blickt aus der Wohnung auf die Buch vor Kalamata und die Stadt selbst. Zur Straße hin sieht es so aus, als hätte das Haus nur eine Etage, es hat aber zwei, wie sich herausstellt (Hanglage halt). Oben ist ein großer Raum (Küche/Wohnzimmer), das Bad und ein kleiner Balkon mit Grill. Unten ein großes Schlafzimmer und ein weiterer Raum - aus beiden kann man auf eine geräumige Terrasse treten. “Everything about the property was lovely. It was clean and very comfortable. The welcome was excellent and the views from the property were lovely. However, sadly the fact that outside the entrance to our room were approximately 6 cats so we couldn’t leave the door open for fresh air. Such a shame as we were very happy with the accommodation.”

“The Eco Villa is fantastic: Great architecture, terrific views, very friendly and helpful landlords. The kitchen is fully equipped. There was plenty of space for the eight of us, everybody can find a place to be on his / her own. A car is indispensible. Enjoy the landscape, the beaches, the culture and the food, but you will always return to the Villa with a smile on your face 😊. Will return definitely, when time allows.”

“Great sunsets! Pool and balcony were great. Huge property with plenty of bathrooms. Marathopoli was a nice town and Voidokilia is a must see. Well equipped kitchen but the water pressure was low so it was hard to clean the sink well. Neighbourhood dogs were an effective alarm clock at 5am. Switched pillows with the children’s room as there was a smell of smoke in our room even though the bedding was clean. The basement area was being developed which was fine, not our area, but it was……
