“This hotel is an absolute gem! We felt so welcome. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the location ideal for day trips in the Pyrenees or just relaxing on the terrace. Breakfast is wonderful and we highly recommend having dinners at the hotel which are like a luxury restaurant with local seasonal ingredients right at your “home”. This is a special place - highly recommend.”

“This was a very nice place to stay whilst exploring the mountains. It's a very functional gite, with a lovely shaded terrace, in a hillside village. We'll be back, and we'll probably.visit the excellent restaurant around the corner again too!”

“La estancia comenzó mal porque éramos varias familias y a una de ellas les cancelaron la reserva el mismo día que llegábamos por overbooking, sin dar ninguna alternativa para alojar a 4 personas. Los horarios de la residencia son absurdos. El viernes la recepción cierra a las 7pm y el domingo, la salida es antes de las 10am. Si te pasas, te amenazan con cobrar 57€. El personal es borde y hasta amenazó a gritos a alguno de nuestros amigos. Una cosa es pedir que el apartamento no se quede hecho……

“The hotel is located in a quiet, picturesque location. The reception staff is very friendly. However, the hotel itself is far from new. The carpet, furniture, and everything in the hotel are quite worn. My biggest complaint was the room cleaning policy, which requires you to vacuum and mop the floors, dust everywhere, and clean the kitchen and bathroom upon check-out, otherwise you risk losing part of your deposit. I would prefer the cleaning fee to be included in the room price by default.”

“Awful. I stayed at Apart-Hôtel Le Pic de l’Ours and had a very frustrating experience. The hotel advertises WiFi, but in reality it only works in a small part of the building. As I was there for work, this made my stay unworkable. I contacted reception to explain I needed to leave early, but received no response. When I finally spoke to someone (reception is rarely staffed), a refund was refused despite the misleading information. The accommodation itself felt tired, with noticeable noise from……
