“This was our second stay at Masmara, and we had another enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a great location in Pererenan, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall vibe was lovely. The only reason we’re not giving it 5 stars is that the WiFi didn’t work from our room, which was quite inconvenient. “The room was clean and spacious and the air condition worked very well. The staff was always so nice and welcoming. Breakfast was nice- you get to pick 3 things off the breakfast menu ( including your juice- that was a bit confusing at first) Gara (sorry if spelling is wrong) he was always so friendly during breakfast as well as the whole staff. “It’s our honeymoon and I informed hotel in advance however I didnt see them working on any of giving surprise or service to make it a honeymoony stay. Lagoon is dirty. Leaves are sinking under the water and no one cleans. Despite of it, hotel staff are very nice and helpful. ”
