「Sense's staff are helpful and caring. The exterior of the hotel is nice and located next to Echo Beach within a 10-minute walk.
However, the interior of the room is quite outdated. Some of the decorations are worn. Also, there is barely any soundproofing measurement inside. I can hear people talking in the pool, especially those who are drunk and keep screaming at midnight and next door, which is extremely disturbing . 」

「We had a wonderful stay at La Reserve. The service is immaculate. From the time I have confirmed my reservation, the rest of the arrangements are taken care of including hotel transfer, early breakfast and so on. 「Had such a great stay! The property has a quiet, boutique feel perfect for relaxing and recharging. Staff were so kind and really went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable. They even made a birthday celebration feel extra special, which meant a lot.

Ida and Manika were fabulous hosts and lovely people who made our stay so special.

「We’ve always liked the IZE chain of hotels in Bali, always in good location and value for money.
We booked a room to house our luggage while we did a short trip to Lombok and all our belongings were safe and secure. I was also expecting a parcel to arrive and the staff helped me to receive and hold on to the package while we were away.

「最高でした！子連れ（2歳）で2週間滞在しました。またチャングーに来る際は滞在したいです。自信を持っておすすめします。
強いていえば気になった点としては、シャワーのお湯がすぐぬるくなります。複数人で使用する際は湯量の調整が必要かもしれません。
小さいアリがたくさんいました。これはホテルのせいではないので、食べ物はすぐ片付ける等ご自身で対策が必要です。
連泊の際は清掃は2日に1回。タオルは言えば毎日交換してくれます。ドライヤーは言えば貸してくれます。ビーチタオルも借りれました。WhatsAppでコミュニケーションが取れるのでアプリをダウンロードしておくと便利だと思います。
色んなホテルを滞在しましたが、値段以上の価値があり、とても可愛くて清潔でした。潔癖症の私が満足できるホテルは久々です。ぜひこの状態をキープしてください。また戻ってきます。ありがとうございました！

「Loved the Villa size was great. Decor was beautifully done. Pool area perfect. As a regular to bali it is one of the nicest in canguu we have found.
We would of stayed longer if there was a TV as an option. Please put a tv on and give us an option. We will definitely return if a tv goes in.」

「We stayed for 11-nights and overall we had a great time. On the first day we had issues with the rain shower (it was only trickling water, the rest of the water holes were blocked) and we communicated it to the staff. Not sure if they fixed it while we were out, but it did improve.
The space is perfect for us (two people) and the bed is super comfy. There are a lot of insects in the night (moths, small flies, etc) but the property provides an electric standing zapper thing so it was not so...
