“I enjoyed my stay here for 3 nights. The villa is a few minutes walk away from the bus station and it's surrounded by lots of restaurants and supermarkets, making it convenient for tourists. Alexander at the reception was so amazing and made my stay comfortable throughout. Cleanliness at the property was on point and I also noticed that they provided fresh towels every day during my stay. I'd definitely book again whenever I'm in Santorini 💯”

Great location 10 minute walk to kamari beach with restaurants and grocery. And 12 min by bus to fira, we will definitely book there again. I would Definitely recommend.”

“The pictures are very deceptive as they do not reflect reality. I booked a room with a sea view and paid extra. There is no view at all except for a ruin and a building in front of it. I booked for 5 nights and left after 3 nights. The air conditioning does not work and there is no one in the hotel to service it. The doors do not close except with difficulty. The water in the bathroom is not stable and the furniture is all lumpy and broken including the bed and chairs. I complained during my……

“I encountered several issues during my stay at the villa. The description and photos provided were inaccurate; the villa was advertised as having a sea view, but the actual view was of deteriorating buildings with no sea in sight. Additionally, the oven in the villa proved difficult to operate. I reached out to the "hello assistant" via WhatsApp for assistance, but did not receive a response until 24 hours later, with an explanation that WhatsApp was not functioning properly. “The staff was really friendly and accommodating. They contacted us even prior to our stay to arrange for a transfer from the airport to the resort. The front desk closes around eight but a staff member was there to welcome us and take us to our room. They even arranged for a small snack for us. Their breakfast was healthy and gave a taste of Santorini. The location was excellent as we had the sunset view.”
