“Alex was the best and sincerely accommodating. He was like this from the get go when he picked us up from the port. When we needed pool towels and blanket, he was more than helpful. We are easy and don’t need our room cleaned everyday so that was easier for housekeeping. Only a couple of negative issues I found, was the adjoining bar, which is connected to Joy, called Jo Jo and housekeeping didn’t want us to stay past our check out time even though Alex gave us until 1pm to leave instead of……
