super zum Abschalten

Das Haus ist in perlego Hanglage , Es geht über Serpentinen hoch zum Haus ( 15 Minuten von Verenna) dann kommt ein kleiner Abzweig wir sind gerade so durch die Engstellen durchgekommen ( Opel Astra combi) am Haus angekommen alles super aber wenn man was erleben will heißt es die Straße wieder vor und runter .... Haus war sauber und super Ausstattet

Leuke rustige plek

Een prima vakantiehuis met mooie tuin, maar wat moeilijk bereikbaar. De trap in de tuin om bij de woning te komen is voor ouderen minder geschikt. Verder een mooie tuin met prachtig uitzicht over het Comomeer. De inrichting is oké, maar het meubilair was niet heel comfortabel. Prima bedden en grote gedateerde badkamer. Weinig keukengerei, kopjes, borden en bestek is maar per 4 stuks, waardoor de vaatwasser elke dag maar voor enkele dingen draait, niet echt milieubewust. Internet niet altijd goed

Eine Oase

Der Urlaub in Ronco 216 hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Dass es Probleme mit der Sauberkeit geben könnte, hatten wir bereits in den Bewertungen lesen können. Die Beeinträchtigungen wurden aber mehr als aufgewogen durch die Lage des Hauses und den überwältigenden, privilegierten Blick auf den See. Ein Haus mit einem derartigen Blick muss man erst einmal finden. Auf die Schwierigkeiten mit der Zufahrt waren wir ebenfalls vorbereitet. Sie ist tatsächlich abenteuerlich. Mit einem großen Auto dürfte es echte Probleme geben, mit einem Mittelklassewagen (BMW 118i) kommt man aber schnell zurecht mit den 250 m Zufahrt (laut Beschreibung ein "holpriger Naturweg") und den mehr als 50 Kurven (offizielle Zählung der italienischen Straßenbehörde) bzw. den ca. 20 scharfen Serpentinen auf den ca. 400 Metern Höhenunterschied vom See hoch bis nach Bologna (Perledo, Via Ronco). Das Doppelhaus ist extrem hellhörig, darauf muss man sich einstellen können. Macht man einen Tag Ruhepause, wenn die anderen Gäste auf Achse sind, kann man einen traumhaften Urlaubstag in einer extrem gepflegten Oase, einem riesigen Anwesen, erleben. Das Grundstück ist so groß und markant, dass man es von der anderen Seeseite aus mühelos erkennt. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern wegen der Hanglage und Abgeschiedenheit aber wohl nur bedingt geeignet. Positiv überrascht hat uns auch die Qualität der Betten/der Matratzen. In Ferienwohnungen eher etwas Seltenes.

Oase in den Bergen über dem Comer See

Wenn man die kurvige Straße und die schmale Zufahrt zum Haus bewältigt hat, wird man mit einer Oase der Ruhe mit einem fantastischen und je nach Tageszeit und Wetterlage wechselnden Panorama über den wunderschönen Comer See belohnt. Der Vermieter war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit (und hat uns sogar Vergessenes aufgepürt und nachgesendet) und wir haben in dem Haus einen Rückzugsort in einer herrlichen Umgebung gefunden, den wir wieder besuchen wollen!

Ferien in aller Ruhe

Super freundliche Vermieter. Das Haus war super in Ordnung auch war die Küche eingerichtet mit verschiedenen dagebliebenen Gewürzen wie Salz Pfeffer Kräutern. Super Sache. Das Haus ist sehr ausserhalb in grosser Höhe. Sehr abgeschieden aber dafür deine gigantische Sicht über den Comersee. Ideal zum relaxen. Das einzige negative: Es hat kein W-lan.

je pense qu'il faut plus insis...

je pense qu'il faut plus insister sur le chemin d'accès qui est étroit, aucune possibilité de croiser ( il peut y avoir les autres résidentsdans le sens inverse ) et surtout une grande voiture aura de la peine à passer la chicane près de la chapelle. J'ai une petite voiture mais j'aurai mal vécu si j'avais du faire une marche arrière avec un précipice d'un coté du chemin .c' est le seul problème, le séjour et l'accueil très agréable. Vom Vermieter wird man direkt an der Abzweigung zur Ferienwohnung erwartet – das ist gut, denn sonst fährt man glatt vorbei. Sehr nette Vermieter, tolle Lage der Ferienwohnung, abseits vom touristischen Trubel. Supermarkt/Bäcker nicht ganz um die Ecke mit Auto o.k, zu Fuß 45 Min. hin und zurück. Also besser Lebensmittel für die ersten Tage mitnehmen. Idealer Standort für Wanderungen. Reisetipps: Bergtour zum Grigna settentrionae. kurze Anfahrt zum Startpunkt (ca. 30 Min.). Wir hatten eine schöne Tour auf den 2400 m hohen Gipfel. Tolle Flora: Blühende Alpenveilchen, Herbstzeitlose, tolle Gräser. Schöne Wanderung ins Dorf Varenna über die Burgruine Vezio, nur auf Wegen. Gute Beschilderung , aber keine vernünftige Landkarte in der Touristen–Info. Kompass–Wanderführer hatte weitere gute Routen, beispielsweise eine Wanderung rings um Bellagio oder eine Wanderung auf den Monte Moregallo bei Lenna. Nettes Restaurant in Bologna, ohne Speisekarte, bezahlbar, einmalige Atmosphäre.
