FANTASTIC VILLA WITH A TERRACE
PERLEDO
9.2 分，总分 10，非常棒，（15 条点评）
“It’s an old property with stairs and no way to carry your luggage but by lifting yourself. It’s okay we are hikers and able to carry our luggage but people with heart conditions will surely have issues accessing the stairs to reach the property and the villa we booked is just one room facing the lake at 3rd floor with old doors and bathroom is outside so is the kitchen. People are friendly till you reach the property and after that you are on your own 😊”

“Un séjour très agréable dans une très jolie villa des années 20' En entrant dans le hall recouvert de marbre, on se prend un peu pour des vedettes de cinéma dans cet endroit paradisiaque. La vue sur le lac est époustouflante, à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit : la lumière change sans arrêt. La chambre et la salle de bains sont bien situées, avec l'utilisation possible d'une cuisine partagée. Claudia a été aux petits soins avec nous pour nous donner toutes les informations utiles et veiller à……

“Firstly, the hosts were incredibly communicative as we had a few issues we had to navigate. One, the description of the property didn't match what we received. We booked through Expedia which was where the discrepancy in the number of bathrooms showed up. We verified later that other listings only showed one bathroom. For this reason, I'm putting blame on Expedia. The second issue we had was a leaky air conditioning unit that dropped water on the sofa bed. We resolved this by moving the bed away……

“Nice apartment but no mention whatsoever that you can only use the pool for 1 hour a day and the Jacuzzi for half an hour a day. ( advert makes it sound like you have your very own jacuzzi but you done. It’s shared with about 12 other Apartments ). Garden needs a tidy up. BBQ could’ve been cleaned properly ( as it wasn’t I left it in the same state of found it ). Apartment itself is nice a modern. Lovely views”

"Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city."
