「A very clean room with a private bath in a central location. Check-in was easy. The shared kitchen was convenient for storing a few items. Though we didn't use anything else, it certainly seemed well-equipped. Parking can be found in the area surrounding the apartments and is most often metered. The rooms are located on floor 3 and there is no elevator, so travel light. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area and would recommend it to others.」

「Muy buena experiencia. Nos dejaron entrar antes del horario, la habitación estaba limpia y cuando el aire no funcionó nos cambiaron enseguida a otra con mejor vista a la piscina y al jacuzzi, que los niños disfrutaron muchísimo. 「Es ist wunderbar. In 2. Meereslinie, keine 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Das Preis- Leistungsniveau war super. Wirklich nicht teuer. Alles sehr sauber. Man hat eine Gemeinschaftsküche, das ist super. Eine Kaffeemaschine steht bereit, Kaffeebohnen werden aufgefüllt, Teesorten, Zucker, Honig. Ein Kühlschrank in dem jedes Zimmer seine eigene Box hat. Leider WC auf dem Gang aber da es sauber war, fand ich das nicht schlimm. Ruhig im Haus selbst. Freundliche Gastgeber. Insgesamt 5 Sterne verdient....

「Parking lot is only a bared ground, creeps ask for money when we drove in. The room is big with a kitchen, good for a family travel. I phoned the reception for the wifi password and she ask me to go down and get it diretly. "Two reasons you should consider this hotel but many more reasons not to book! Good things: the spa and restaurant staff are great, and the location is exceptional but they’re many other hotels next door. Bad things: - unfriendly receptionist: the receptionists were not attentive and friendly throughout my 3-day stay, especially the one who checked me in. I just looked at the other guest comments, it seems my bad experience was not unique to me. - Room conditions: the room has a very small window (like a prison) that offers almost no natural night. Hotels.com must indicate this in the room description because people like me do mind. Also, the room size is small. - Noise: Throughout my entire stay, I could not sleep well because of the noise coming from both inside and outside of the hotel. Imagine disco music is On till 2am. - Housekeeping: the bathrobes were being removed from the room and clean towels were not refilled. The cleaning and amenities were random - good luck! Extra charge: 20 Euro for the receptionist to just make a phone call to get a taxi, while the taxi ride costs just 10 Euro. I’d rather pay an extra fee to the taxi driver who actually delivered a service and drove me to the train station safely. Where does it say in the hotel’s public information on this extra charge? Shouldn't it be a part of the 5-star hotel? "
