「It’s rare that we end up paying so much for a poor choice of food, long lines to get anything. A ‘WhatsApp’ reservation process for their ‘restaurants’ that more difficult to navigate than a dense text book. And the bathrooms are awful and outdated with mold even in our ‘updated’ room. And for an ‘all inclusive’ hotel. no complimentary beer or welcome package of wine or champagne. The beds in these rooms are awful. They are as hard as I can imagine and there are no comfortable bedsheets - just...

「The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. Any issues we had were resolved promptly. My main complaint is the inconsistency sometimes the service, food, cleanliness, and hospitality were excellent, and other times very disappointing. Also, there is no safe walkway outside the hotel, so if you enjoy walking, running, or biking, it can be very dangerous.」
