“Second time I have stayed here. Different room both times. Its simple, very basic, but has everything you need. Remember this place is super cheap for a capital city and that's what you get, cheap reasonable accommodation. Yes the bathroom is separate but private nevertheless. Please don't expect ANY glamour. Yes it could do with a huge makeover.”

I am very satisfied with this affordable choice, because driving to/from borovets is easy by microbus going each 1/2 hour from Samokov bus station for price 1.30 BGN only. I enjoyed also visit to Samokov Monastery - service each evening at 17:00 - right after skiing.”

The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk."
