“Luxury hotel with panoramic views over Navarino Bay. If you play golf it’s surrounded by golf courses. If you want to swim in the sea the beach is part of the hotel and sheltered and clean with all the facilities close at hand - they give you a device to call for service so if you are feeling really lazy you don’t need to get off your sun lounger! The spa is excellent too. ”

“We were very happy with out choice: Lovely location, very clean, friendly staff, stunning beach views and breakfast terrace, excellent breakfast with fresh orange juice and a good choice of fruit, cereal, yoghurt, cake, eggs and salami/ham/cheese along with greek specialities. However, coffee at breakfast from the machine is really awful, the worst we have seen so far. If you order good coffee from the espresso machine at the bar, it will be charged as an extra.”

“This is the third time we’ve stayed at Afentiko Pigadi and it was just as great as the first two times. I cannot be more positive about the entire experience. The pool is amazing, house is well equipped, area is quiet and perfect for recharging. But most of all, the people are amazing. Marios is the kindest, nicest and most fun person you’ll ever meet. He made sure our stay was PERFECT. We’ll be back next year for sure. ”

“Check in was seamless with a phone call and WhatsApp message. The room was great, clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable . Location is excellent, only a few steps from the main square restaurants and a short stroll to the harbour. On a very minor note, some extra coat hangers in the wardrobe would be great. Highly recommended ”

The location was perfect for us, the staff were excellent and the balcony had a great view of Pylos, the port and the sea beyond. “Thoroughly recommended. A really comfortable place with a great - and big - pool and huge verandas in each room. Looks pretty new and everything is in very smart condition and rooms very well equipped. Methoni castle and town are a pleasant 25 minutes walk (or 5 minute drive) through countryside and then along the sea shore. There are plenty of good restaurants in Methoni and the hotel gave us very good recommendations. ”

“Excellent accommodation in a beautifully clean complex. Rooms cleaned to an immaculate standard: clean bedding and towels every day. Breakfast is simple but fresh local produce. Swimming pool is perfect. A quiet time is observed between 14.30 - 17.30 though you can still swim. We found most families headed for the beach and returned early evening for a sunset swim. Perfect. The staff are amazing- the cleaners clean everything including shutters, windows, everything! Special mention to Alex as……

“Fantastic waterfront hotel! Room balcony was right over the water of the beautiful bay. Great waterfront patio area, with fantastic bar and seating area. Great breakfast, with fresh cooked eggs any way you could want them. Fantastic staff. Many of the guests we met were repeat visitors, and I can see why. Easy walking distance to waterfront restaurants and other attractions in town. ”
