For business or leisure, welcome to our apartment of character, with an area of 150 m², bright, air-conditioned and its pleasant terrace. 5 minutes walk from Castillet, the beach is 10 minutes by car and the mountain 1 hr.
For reservations for 4 travelers or less, 2 bedrooms and the lounge are available. The third bedroom is open from the 5th traveler.

Large and spacious apartment

We had a lovely few days on Perpignan. The apartment is in a great location for getting into the city and seeing all the main sites. Parking is on the road, but was free and we were able to get a spot. The apartment itself was large and spacious and had everything that we needed. It was a little dark to sit on the outdoor patio late evening but was lovely during the day. We received good communication on the day of check in.

Súper buena estancia

Hemos disfrutado de tres noches en este alojamiento. Súper limpio y hon todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia. Los niños encantados con los juegos que habia en la casa. Hemos dormido muy tranquilos y sin ruido alguno. Las camas son muy cómodas y situado muy cerca andando al centro de Perpignan 10 min andando. El dueño súper amable siempre atento y dispuesto a contestar todas nuestras preguntas. Muy recomendable, si volvemos a Perpignan repetiremos seguro.

ideaal gelegen ruime woning met groot zonnig terras

Ruime goed gelegen woning met een groot zonnig terras. Alles is er voorzien. Centrum ligt net over de voetgangersbrug, ideaal voor een wandeling en het verkennen van de stad. Alles is er te vinden op enkele minuten : bakker, café, restaurant, buurtwinkel,.. Auto kan je parkeren op het pleintje voor de deur. Momenteel was het iets lastiger omdat men daar nu aan het werk is en je dus niet overal mag parkeren. Al bij al is deze woning een ideale plek om te vertoeven! Perpignan is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de Pyrénées Oriëntales te verkennen. Vriendelijke eigenaar is vlot bereikbaar per telefoon of mail voor al je vragen, zelfs als het in het Engels moet ;)

Nice and convenient apartment

very good and friendly communication with the owner apartment very convenient with everything you need/expect very good location 10 min by foot to the city Center. Lots of historic attractions within a 25 minutes drive as well as nice walks. I would definetely stay there again should I come in the area.

Excellent séjour

Location en rapport avec les descriptifs et photos annoncés. Nous nous sommes beaucoup plus dans cet appartement bien agencé, avec une terrasse qui même si elle a du vis a vis peut rester cachée avec son store et nous a permis d'être "au frais" (c'est relatif à Perpignan en plein juillet :)!) et de pourvoir profiter de l'extérieur. La climatisation est très appréciable. L'emplacement est vraiment pratique, nous avons pu rayonner dans Perpignan centre à pied facilement, et en voiture, nous avons pu nous garer gratuitement en bas de l'appartement sans difficulté et accéder aux plages de Cannet en une dizaine de minutes très facilement. La cuisine est correctement équipée et la literie est correcte. Le linge fourni nous permet de passer un séjour sans nous trimballer la maison, c'est très appréciable.Le rapport qualité prix est très raisonnable et l'avons justement apprécié. Et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du propriétaire très à l'écoute et disponible par téléphone.

Great location for walkers in Perignan

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we expected. It’s in a very quiet residential area north of the lively, colorful downtown. Having so many keys for the unit was just about the only negative. The outdoor patio is a real bonus!

Sehr gut ausgestattene Fewo. Nur ein paar Gehminuten in die Altstadt. Ruhige Lage und nette Nachbarschaft. Fester Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten am Strand mit kostenfreien Parkplätze. Sehr netter Vermieter. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier. Danke für den tollen Urlaub

Un super séjour !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison, agréable, spacieuse, dans laquelle on peut dire qu'on ne manque de rien ! Elle est vraiment très bien placée : juste une passerelle à traverser à pied pour être dans le centre de Perpignan, et à 10 minutes en voiture de la plage, que demander de plus ? La clim est très appréciable, de même que la disponibilité du propriétaire. Tout le monde a adoré, les enfants comme les parents. N'hésitez pas !

ruim appartement net buiten het stadscentrum

Het appartement ligt net buiten het centrum, via de nabijgelegen wandelbrug over de Têt kom je bij het theater en van daar is het nog 5 minuten stappen naar de historische kern van Perpignan. Het appartement beschikt over drie grote slaapkamers, een woonkamer een goed uitgeruste keuken en een groot buitenterras met zonnewering. Er zijn lakens en handdoeken ter beschikking en er is airco in alle kamers. Bij aankomst werden we heel hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaars van het appartement die ons een snelle rondleiding gaven.
