"The hotel was good. It had a good location. Where we were able to walk to Ontario Mall and go to dinner at Benihanas which was about 3 blocks away. The staff was excellent in taking care of my needs."

"We decided to stay here since my brother’s graduation was the following morning at Toyota Arena. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the airport and just a few minutes from the arena. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and they were kind enough to upgrade our room to accommodate my disabled mother. My only complaint would be the very thin walls and floors. We stayed on the 4th floor, and the family above us had children running around for literally hours non stop. The guests next door (2 ladies) were also very loud late at night, and we could hear their entire conversations the entire night. Unfortunately, my family and I barely got any sleep during our stay. Overall, the staff was wonderful, and the property was clean and well-maintained. Don’t think I would stay here again unless it is my only option. Overall fantastic and friendly staff, very clean property, breakfast included and convenient accessible parking for an additional charge."

"It is a property that we stay at once or twice a year. We live in San Diego, and it becomes a wonderful midweek get away. The property is well maintained. The rooms are spacious and well-lit at night. We always try to obtain the room facing the sunset so we can sit outside on the patio and drink a glass of wine while the sun sets. The rooms across the way faces the sunrise with the morning Air balloons filling the sky. The beds are comfortable and the large bathrooms have showers and a tub with two sinks to accommodate the guests. The chairs are comfortable and a small table to eat munchies with our wine. There is a small refrigerator to place your cheeses or cold cuts. There is also a safe to store your valuables and a Keurig to make that morning coffee Parking outside our rooms makes it very convenient for unpacking and packing our autos. The nearby restaurants are also conveniently located and have very good menus and preparation of the food. Overall, this is a wonderful facility to enjoy a nice vacation from San Diego and LA."
