“I will never stay here or refer anyone else to stay here. I usually don't give bad reviews but this place had me worried. As soon as I checked in there was this man outside my door yelling and fighting with a woman (cursing at her that he was going to kick her ass) at that point I felt unsafe got my stuff and headed to front desk and advised them of the reason for not staying there. The person in the front did not seem concern about the situation and just asked for the key back. I have never had……

“Let’s start by acknowledging the price gouging this property created. Not a fan of paying $300 for a motel room. I understand it’s a common practice for hotels to do during a busy time but still very disappointing given the condition of the inn. When we checked into the Best Western they assigned us a room with a door that was literally propped open to all of the elements outside. Anyone could’ve walked in the room and used it before us and the staff thought that it was acceptable to offer that……
