Very friendly owner couple, Jessica and Jean-Yves, welcomed us with local specialities and gave us good advice about trips, bakery, restaurants and market etc. Modern, clean and quiet house, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, wash machine and iron… well designed. Parking is in the garden, very convenient. Wlan speed is fast. Perfect location, organic shop and nice bakery in the nearby. We can walk to the beautiful town centre and the marina. Beautiful Region: the Cote de Granit Rose, Île-de-Bréhat…

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont charmants, à l'écoute et discret. Le logement est bien équipé, situé à deux pas du port, très bon point de départ pour la visite des lieux. Nous reviendrons avec joie!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Perros-Guirec. Le propriétaire du Gite nous a reçu avec bon nombre de documents et les a utilisé pour nous expliquer tous les sites à découvrir. Le logement, refait à neuf, est très bien décoré, le Wifi opérationnel, la TV de bonne dimension, la literie très confortable, les 2 salles d'eau bien équipées ainsi que la cuisine. Deux petits "bémol" : il n'y a pas de plan de travail. Si vous voulez éplucher un légume, ce sera sur la table de la salle à manger et le coût du forfait ménage pour 3 lits (nous avions demandé un lit simple supplémentaire) un peu élevé (environ 150€). Le parking privé est un plus. Nous sommes donc très satisfait de notre séjour et nous recommanderons ce gîte à notre entourage.

De eigenaars Jean-yves en Jessica waren top eigenaars, sympathiek en behulpzaam . De ligging van het pand was ideaal gelegen op wandelafstand van het centrum en de haven met restaurants en cafés . Het appartement was super met alles wat men evan kan verwachten , properheid en met smaak ingerichten een super terrasje om van de zon te genieten .zullen er zeker terugkeren. Wir waren eine Woche zu viert in der schön und sehr gut eingerichteten Wohnung und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind gut. Wir waren zu Dritt in dieser superschönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung war perfekt eingerichtet- man fühlte sich sofort wohl und zu Hause. Die Küche war komplett eingerichtet mit gut funktionierenden Geräten, alle neuwertig. Kaffeemaschine, Abwaschmaschine, Toaster etc. und genügend Geschirr für mehrere Mahlzeiten. Grosser Kühlschrank und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Schöner und ruhiger Sitzplatz. Die Wohnung ist an einer ruhigen aber zentraler Lage und nahe am Hafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Gastgeber und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und wir wurden bei Ankunft super über die Umgebung informiert. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten wurden uns erklärt und genügend Flyer und Infomaterial war vorhanden. Bequeme grosse Betten, 2 grosse Badezimmer mit grosser schöner Duschkabine. Die Wohnung ist Top! und wir können die mit Freude allen weiterempfehlen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Das Gastgeberpaar.

Le logement de Jean Yves est parfait ! Il est très calme, proche du port. Les équipements sont très récents et la déco est au top. La literie est d'excellente qualité. La terrasse a également tout ce qu'il faut: table avec fauteuils, bain de soleil, parasol. Jean Yves nous a présenté la région avec les sites à ne pas manquer, ainsi que les bons plans resto, crêperies, vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance. A notre arrivée, petite attention: du cidre local et des crêpes ... bienvenue en Bretagne ! Nous recommandons cet hébergement à 100% ! !

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Jean-Yves Jaouen qui nous a bien expliqué tout ce que nous pouvions visiter dans les alentours de la location, ce qui nous a permis de gagner du temps.
