“Hotel check-in and service was smooth. Room was comfortable and clean though overall, this facility is showing its age and could use some updates—particularly in the bathtoom. It was acceptable for my purpose of a quick overnight. I didn’t use the pool, so I cannot speak to that. ”

“Kids a great time at the pool! Hotel is small and it wasn’t busy. Coffee, tea and OJ with muffins were provided in the morning! ”

“This was a great location for my visit to Kankakee. Lots of restaurant and store options. The staff was very helpful and kind. I booked my trip through Expedia, and I booked a king bed room, but the hotel was kind enough to call me back to notify me that Expedia overbooked the room and they were able to offer a different option for me if I was okay with that. Which I was very happy, thankful, and greatful for that. Hotel also had a great breakfast option. ”

“The first room wasn't clean and they immediately gave me another, which was immaculate. The cooked to order breakfast was excellent. There was a soft chair in the room which was appreciated. They only had caffienated coffee in the room. When I asked for more coffee, they only gave me 3. Didn't try the coffee at breakfast. ”

“Took over 30 minutes on the phone with VRBO when we didn't get the entry code after check in time. There were multiple things broken and garbage all around. It's a shame because we liked the property and were going to try to make the best of it, but ended up leaving early after the kitchen flooded”

“The apartment was nicely furnished! The neighborhood was quiet. Stayed in the spring. Wasn’t at the apartment much other than to sleep. Enjoyed some local eats within a couple of miles.”

“This is where I stay when traveling with my 80+ year old mother. There is a single step up from the back parking lot into the apartment then everything is level. The neighborhood is quiet even though I saw numerous children. Gas, groceries, and shopping are close. Clean and well stocked. We will absolutely stay here again.”

“Wonderful spot and Rob was a great host and was very helpful with everything. A little more focus on the cleaning ( especially outside on the terrace / bbq) would be recommendable. Otherwise a great place to stay.”
