「clean room and good staff」

「We have stayed here many times. While it is aging and in need of updating, it is exceptionally maintained and always meticulously clean. The location is great with many restaurants nearby and easy access to I95 or downtown Perry. It's also pet friendly (with a reasonable fee). There is a microwave and small refrigerator in your room. 「Really great service from management. When I woke up to a flat tire, management did everything in their power to help me out. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Rooms were large and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Perfect location right off the highway」

「Distance from University I may stay again」

「Location was okay. Near my event. Amenities are lacking. Ceiling falling apart. Toilet keeps wasting water. They charge you to receive packages, weird. Extra large fridge was a pleasant surprise as I stayed over a week.」

「The hotel is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We stopped here on our way back to Florida after a nine-day vacation, and it was a perfect final stop; in fact, they served the best breakfast of any hotel we visited during our entire trip.」

「Sally the owner -hostess was wonderful and her breakfast ….was like it was cooked by your grandmother a great home experience instead of a regular hotel stay 👍I will go there again if I’m heading that way and I recommend the stay if you’re in the area thank you Sally. My Sincere Regards Luis and Marylou」

「Josh and Mark were great. Close to where I needed to be, clean rooms, great staff and services. Will return again.」

「We paid alot extra for the hotel room to get handicap and walk in shower. Shower was very slippery and no hand bars. So it did not work. Food ok, nothing great. Loud at night, but due to people staying there, not the hotel. I didn't think is was worth the money we spent on it」

「Spotlessly clean room, great brea」
