“We rented this house for a night to accommodate guests for my daughter's wedding on 11/8/25. It is GORGEOUS! Right on Lake Blackshear, with beautiful views of the lake from many rooms in the house. Very spacious- there were 10 guests total, but definitely room for more. Debbie was extremely gracious and very quick to answer any questions I had. If you're going to spend time in the Cordele/Warwick/Lake Blackshear area, this is the place to be!! My daughter, her husband and guests were so pleased……

“My wife and I stayed at the cottage for our anniversary and it was perfect. Elaine and her family have worked hard to make this a truly special place. The property and amenities are majestic and the pictures don't do it justice. We stayed out late watching the stars in the hot tub, what a treat! We too are VRBO hosts and as a host, Elaine does a fantastic job!! Well above what most hosts do! Thank you Elaine! We'd absolutely love to come back!”
