「We encountered a highly unsatisfactory experience. The presence of a strong cat urine odor in our room was quite distressing. We were assigned a pet-friendly room as we were traveling with our small dog. This was a significant disappointment.」

「Nice place to stay in Cochran. Exterior doors to parking lot with plenty of space. It seems they have a live in caretaker that works the front desk so if you arrive for checkin outside of 3-6pm, you may need to ring their bell to check-in. It worked for us.」

「Staff was amazing! Breakfast was delicious (especially the cinnomin rolls!) There was an issue with the A/C in the hallways but they had a team out fixing it right away. Would definitely stay here again」

「The front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. Room smelled musty, spa tub had brown growth or sediment on the vents. I stuck to showers only. Breakfast sausage was okay but eggs were prison-quality. On the plus side, property was very well lite. Also no room service on weekends.」

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable 」
