“The bedroom and bathroom were in very good shape and comfortable. My only complaint was with the free breakfast = mostly junk food (twinkies, etc.) and room for only 4 people.”

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”

“This hotel is older, but has been kept up pretty well. Had an external electrical outlets box with usb ports that didn't work and outlets a bit iffy. My wife likes her coffee but there were no decaf coffee or fixings and the coffee pot was not clean as it had coffee grounds in it. Room price was good until all the fees were added in.”

“We come to Perry 4 times a year for dog shows. We usually stay on the show grounds, however we made a last minute decision to book a hotel due to the bad weather. I’m glad we chose this one! The room was nice and renovated. I absolutely loved the patio and huge field in the back for the dogs. The bed was comfortable. Next time, I will bring my own pillows though because 3 wasn’t enough for us. All and all, it was perfect. ”

“It isn't the Ritz, but, it IS clean, bug free, takes dogs, and has a continental breakfast. It also offers long-term accommodations. The Staff is phenomenal! VERY responsive. We were concerned about safety in the tub/shower and they immediately gave us a tub mat and came with a drill to install a grab bar for us. We stayed in Room 134. It is close to a busy road, but they have super insulated drapes that block that noise almost completely. They also have security cameras onsite. Their……
