Der Pool der Anlage war ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und bot erholsame Abkühlung bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen. Die Lage der Anlage zu der die Wohnung gehört war sehr ruhig inmitten der Hügel des Piemont.
