「Hotel was under renovation and their was a fault on the fire alarm panel both mornings which didn't make the stay feel all that safe with the major renovations going on. Their was no curtains over the window you could clearly see where the pole was taken out the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom so the window was constantly open and didn't look like it could close. After the stay I recieved another bill from the hotel which km disputing through hotels.com as I had paid for the room...

「From the planning stage to our stay, communications with Tony was extremely helpful. We were greeted at the front door upon arrival and shown around this beautiful hotel. The room was extremely cozy and morning breakfast was awesome. You are given a menu selection for the following morning. Breakfast is served in a charming dining room just off the lobby. The onsite parking was a plus as a short stroll down their beautiful garden path takes you to all that the town of Pitlochry has to offer....
