  • Located just 8km northeast of Perth in the "Garden City" of Bayswater, in a family-friendly area known for its convenient commute (easily accessible via Tonkin Highway, walking distance to the Ashfield train station and a short 10 minute drive to the T4 airport terminal), leafy environment, and proximity to local amenities such as the Swan River and Swan Valley wine region. The house is across the road from the family friendly Gary Blanch Park which features a playground with a play combination, swings, and a half-basketball court. The park includes open spaces suitable for picnics and an accessible 1.5-meter-wide concrete pathway. .

    This beautiful home boasts 4 decent-sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer), a living area, dining, kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an outdoor seating area with a BBQ, double car lock-up garage and high speed internet connectivity (FTTP).

Quite & peaceful area. Close proximity to city & train. Walking distance to river & parks for children. ‘Bayswater Waves’ close by for swimming in the suburb of Bayswater. Loads of room in unit for a family. Mail box needs to be secured into ground & some minor details to wall in corridor needs attention. Front burner on stove needing attention. Overall a lovely place to stay!

Very nice 4 bedroom home with close proximity to airport and motorways. Front door lock was troublesome and garage door would not open which was not a big deal, parked in driveway. Owners were wanting to fix whilst there but did not want that hassle.
