Very nice 4 bedroom home with close proximity to airport and motorways. Front door lock was troublesome and garage door would not open which was not a big deal, parked in driveway. Owners were wanting to fix whilst there but did not want that hassle.

Quite & peaceful area. Close proximity to city & train. Walking distance to river & parks for children. ‘Bayswater Waves’ close by for swimming in the suburb of Bayswater. Loads of room in unit for a family. Mail box needs to be secured into ground & some minor details to wall in corridor needs attention. Front burner on stove needing attention. Overall a lovely place to stay!
