Walk or cycle to the Swan River in less than 15mins.
Nature playgrounds within walking distance (try Gibbon Park Nature Play), wide open reserves and a golf club welcoming non-members at certain times in the week.
Fantastic local Napolean St in Cottesloe showcases jewellers, homewares, fashion & food.

40mins from Perth Airport, the best option is a RideShare to the coast or rent a car so you can explore even more.
The closest train station is Victoria St or Mosman Park (aprx 4mins drive) - Fremantle Train line takes you straight to Freo for shopping, entertainment and the laidback life or north east to Perth City aprx 45mins.
