Welcome to your ultimate family getaway! This beautifully renovated 4-bedroom home is thoughtfully designed to blend modern elegance with the comforts of a relaxing retreat. Close to Sorrento Beach, this property is perfect for families/friends looking to unwind, explore, and create lasting memories. The home also includes a flexible office/bedroom space and a dedicated activity room, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.
Set on a generous 821 sqm block, this home offers everything you need for a restful, memorable vacation. Inside, you’ll find sleek wooden floorboards throughout, a spacious kitchen ideal for cooking up family meals, and a well-designed bathroom that's as functional as it is stylish. The home also includes a flexible office space with pull-out couch, and a dedicated activity room, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.
Step outside to discover the highlight of the property: an expansive backyard with a meticulously landscaped garden and a luxurious pool area. The shared pool space is perfect for Perth's hot summer days, splashing around with the kids, or simply relaxing with a good book.

- Kitchen: A fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with high-quality appliances to make you feel right at home. The house has been designed with the kitchen being the heart of the home. The 3m island comfortably seats 8 people, and the stylish, warm design throughout the living and kitchen area, ensures guests are not left seeking comfort anywhere else.
The flexible layout includes an office for those who need to work remotely and an activity room to keep everyone entertained. Each room and living space has its own new air conditioning system, for cooling and heating. The living room also has a large fireplace to keep you comfortable all year round.

Pool: the large, luxurious pool is the highlight of the property. Set within an expansive backyard with a meticulously landscaped garden, there are plenty of spaces for a BBQ dinner, lounging about and keeping sun safe in the shade. The pool and backyard are picture-perfect, shared spaces.
Location Highlights - Conveniently located near vibrant cafes, restaurants, and shopping precincts, you’ll have everything at your fingertips. Sorrento Beach is your closes beach - just minutes away. Hillarys Boat Harbour is also very close by, so plenty of things to see and do in the area.

While the property is connected to other granny flats, it ensures guests privacy, as granny flats have their own separate entrance and are independent of the main breach house.
Guests have exclusive access to the house. They also enjoy shared access to the backyard, pool, and garden areas with the hosts.
We make it a priority to personally welcome our guests, providing an orientation to our home and highlighting Perth's attractions. Additionally, guests receive a comprehensive welcome pack detailing house amenities and nearby attractions.
Check-out time is 10 am, unless arrangements have been made beforehand.
We're dedicated to ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience and are happy to offer assistance whenever possible. If needed, we can provide transportation to and from the nearby train station. Just let us know if you require a lift.

Guests
- Only guests included in the booking are allowed on the property. If you’d like to invite visitors, please seek prior approval. This ensures the safety, privacy, and comfort of all guests.
- Please adhere to the maximum number of guests stated in your booking.
Respect & Cleanliness
- Shoes Off Indoors: To maintain cleanliness and comfort, please remove your shoes before entering the house.
- Kindly clean up after yourself, especially in shared areas, to maintain a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Feel free to use the BBQ, but please clean it thoroughly afterward. A cleaning fee may be charged if left uncleaned.
- Please treat the house and furnishings with care. Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges.

Safety & Security
- Lock Up When You Leave: For everyone's safety, always lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
- No Unauthorized Access: Do not share entry codes or keys with non-registered guests.
Smoking & Substances
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
- The use of illegal drugs or excessive alcohol consumption that leads to disruptive behavior is not permitted.
Noise & Consideration
- Please be mindful of noise levels when using the pool. Drink responsibly, and always respect other guests.
- To respect neighbors and fellow guests, keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Any form of aggressive, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal from the property.
Additional Notes
- Please report any accidental damage or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them as soon as possible.
- Laundry to be done during day time only between 9 am - 5 pm
No Pets
- Pets are not allowed in the house

- When you leave the property, kindly turn off the air-conditioning to conserve energy.
Parking:
Beach House - maximum 2 cars on the premise (main driveway)
Beach House Studio - maximum 1 car on the premise (bottom of the road driveway)
Pool House - maximum 1 car on the premise (verge/bottom of the road driveway)
