Style and Comfort in Subiaco

Recently renovated with guests in mind, this impeccably furnished and thoughtfully designed 4 bedroom home is bound to become a firm favourite.

Located on the border of Subiaco and Shenton Park, close to the Perth CBD, public transport, restaurants, hospitals, UWA and more, this stunning home is the ideal place to stay for short, medium or longer term visits.

Features are plentiful, including an outdoor bath, original internal exposed brickwork, and beautiful bespoke art & ceramics.
The space
Bedroom 1: A spacious main bedroom featuring a King size bed with a private ensuite.

• Bedroom 2: Generously sized and with a King size bed.

• Bedroom 3: A large room offering a King size bed.

• Bedroom 4: This smaller rooms has a comfortable King Single bed ideal for one adult or child.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the whole house including the grassed front and back yards, and the dedicated parking area at the rear of the property.
Other things to note
The house is very accessible and wheelchair friendly and all on one level both to the street and rear off street parking.

Guests can wheel in directly from the car bars at the rear from the street to inside the house and throughout the property.
