Need a water scene? Got that covered with only a 2 minute walk to the Swan River with wonderful biking or walking paths to enjoy the views and nature. A quiet private house in a lovely neighbourhood with the excellent Banks Reserve park also only a 2 minute walk away. Lots there for every age.

Welcome to our spacious and conveniently located property! With 7 bedrooms comprising 3 double rooms and 4 single rooms, there's ample space for everyone. Each room is equipped with everything you need, from comfortable desks and chairs to extension cords for your electronic devices.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a long stay, including two refrigerators and all the necessary utensils. You'll also find a charming and spacious dining area where you can enjoy your meals.
For your convenience, we have two showers with good water pressure available. Additionally, a laundry space outside is at your disposal for any washing needs.
Outside, you'll find two areas to relax and unwind. The front garden area allows you to soak in the ambiance of the street, while the rear area provides a peaceful retreat with a sheltered space complete with tables and chairs. Four (4) carparks just for you. Additional parking may be available upon request.

East Perth train station across the street, FREE CAT (Central Area Transit) buses to hop on hop off and see the city of Perth downtown area only 8 mins walk to a bus stop, 2 minutes walk to the Swan river for a quiet stroll. Car or no car this is a great place to be.
