“The property was in a lovely location and handy for local amenities! Very quiet and lovely to sit outside and listen to the bagpipes on a morning! The only down side was the drive down to the property and the potholes if they were filled in it would have been a much easier drive in and out. ”

“We had a great mini break at Dunmor House with family. It is a well maintained, comfortable and well equipped house. There were 14 of us but it didn’t feel in the least crowded. There are numerous sitting areas and it was fantastic that everyone had their own bathroom. The pool table/table tennis table was a great hit with the adults and the mini version games table was a winner with the kids. Loads of garden/conservatory games as well. The garden and surroundings would be better described as an “overgrown wilderness.” The main website page showing the views of the garden and immediate surroundings are extremely misleading and bear no resemblance to the reality,”

“Perfect setting for a celebration weekend for all our family. We cooked our meals and sat around the super size dining table in amazing surroundings. We went for walks as we were lucky to have good weather in March. One of us went cold water swimming!! (Very brave) We played family games, had a pool tournament, celebrated St Patrick's day (we're Scottish, any excuse to celebrate) The Lodge is fully equipped we didn't want for anything We would highly recommend Stronachlachar Lodge and hopefully……

“Having read excellent reviews of Tayview Lodges, my wife and I arrived with great expectation and we were most certainly not disappointed. Our lodge, Little Lodge 2, was immaculate and in pristine condition. The spotlessly clean windows afforded uninterrupted views of the serene surroundings, the lodges being extremely well spaced out. The owners, Ross and Georgina were away for the duration of our stay but we were warmly welcomed by Georgina’s father, Duncan. The nearby towns of Pitlochry and……

“What a lovely, spotless cabin in a unique and wonderful setting. Cosy beds, Prosecco in the fridge and rugs to snuggle up in, these owners have thought of everything. Brilliant communicators too with very quick responses. Will certainly be back.”

“Cannot fault the accommodation or the owner, both first class. Well located property for nearby walks, restaurant and pub. Railway station also close by for trains to Stirling , Edinburgh, Glasgow , Perth , plus many other locations. Dunblane is a quiet peaceful place. Just returned , and already looking at our diary for a return visit.”

“Warm welcome room ready. Slight smell of damp in bathroom. Side of window in main bedroom poorly repaired with polystyrene tile. Public areas 0f hotel were decorated and looked after. Staff were great friendly, helpful and very attentive. Food was great both evening meals were great. Good menu selection.”
