「Was greeted with friendly staff right off the bat. Always pleasant when away especially in today’s world. Room was clean. Only thing I would say is better pillows would be nice . 」

「I only have 1 maybe 2 complaints, 1 I was laying in bed and I heard keys rattling at the door, I assumed it was my husband, it was not. It was a male staff member and he opened the door without knocking, poked his head into the room. He did leave immediately but it was disturbing and kind of scared me. I could tell he was there to clean the room and I guess maybe that was my fault for not having the tag on the door? Also I wish you had bigger towels. 」

「酒店处于一个偏僻的小镇，如果不是过去曾在此地打过工，我们不会再来此地住宿，房间里一股浓浓的的烟味和潮湿气息。更为恶劣的是居然写信来诬陷我们拿走了他们的啥毛巾。我们一般住小旅馆都自己带一条自己的浴巾，连用都不用旅店的，怎么会看得上那发硬的劣质的毛巾呢？该店人员在没有证据的情况下胡说八道，实在令人气愤！我们保留维护自己名誉的权利！」
