“Staff were super friendly and helpful! We arrived at very early morning (at 5ish) due to taking the overnight bus from Puno. The staff let us sat in the lounge and provided us a blanket to keep us warm. On the other day, we joined the rainbow mountain tour and needed to be ready at 4ish morning, another staff specially prepared the breakfast for us. We never expected much as these were out of their duty scope. We were much appreciate!! This is the best service i have had so far which the hotel……

There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. Prepare really warm clothes."
