“Fantastic villa in a great location. A little remote if you want town action but we had cars so only a short drive to the lovely village of Kiti or the bustling Larnaca. Host Marina was responsive and helpful when needed. Would definitely stay again”

“The villa was really nice the area was lovely very quite, their was a bus 1 every 2hrs which eas ok going into Larnaca but we used taxi back as the last bus was 8pm so you need a car to get to places, like us we mainly used it for the food shop.”

“Wir hatten drei wunderschöne Wochen! Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und einen tollen großen Pool mit Außendusche, Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Der nächste Strand ist 5 Autominuten entfernt (Green Mango Beach Bar), wunderschön gelegen und sehr ruhig. Nicht so "Insta" wie Nissi Beach, dafür sind hier vielleicht 20 Leute mehr (2 Liegen + Sonnenschirm 7,50 €), am Nissi Beach sind es 20.000!!! Auto sollte man haben, auch wenn es direkt in Mazotos einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt. Denn mit dem Auto……

“Very nice but many problems about the maintenance… we had a problem with windows and after 10 days not fixed !! Non kitchen towels requested for 10 Days !! My friends was wakes up early in morning cause windows not functioning !!!”

Due to its location, the tavernas and cafes nearby were all reasonably priced compared with tourist rates downtown.”

The property has everything you will need well equipped kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine and very comfortable beds. 10 minutes walk from the beach but a bit further from Larnaca town but only a 15 minute drive. ”
