Apartment in the historic center completely renovated just steps from the hospital and 10 minutes from the train station. Adjacent to the Teatro Rossini and 5 minutes by bike from the Sea.
Bright and quiet completely available for overnight stays dedicated to the most varied personal attitudes of relaxation or leisure.
There are various opportunities offered by the city of Pesaro; first of all the welcoming beach on the Adriatic Sea, its famous Teatro Rossini, its Bicipolitana town, the Historic Buildings of the Center its numerous churches (about 30) and its events and festivals in the hinterland and province.

Completely refurbished apartment in the Old Town, just minutes from the Hospital. Two short streets from Rossini Theater and five minutes from the beach.
The apartment is bright and quiet. Convenient for couples, families and groups of friends.
It is svitable for various needs: Work, Vacation, Romantic get aways, Cultural events and Conventions.

Here’s the updated version of your Vrbo review with that extra helpful parking tip woven in:---We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed apartment in the historic center of Pesaro. The location was ideal—just a short, scenic walk through the city to reach the beach, which made every day feel leisurely and relaxed. The apartment itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and the terrace was a lovely bonus for enjoying quiet mornings or evening breezes. The hosts were truly exceptional: always available, incredibly helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. They stocked the kitchen with breakfast essentials and snacks, and even included games for the kids—such a thoughtful touch that made a big difference. Just a heads-up for future guests: the street directly outside the apartment building is part of the ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato), meaning you’ll need a special permit to drive or park there. That said, you *can* bring your car to the nearby cross street next to the church to load or unload your luggage, which makes arrival and departure much easier. And for those traveling with a car, there are several free parking lots within walking distance—very convenient!It was a perfect home base for our family, and we’d happily return.
