Villa Luisa - wonderful!

First of all I would like to thank Cinzia and Loredana for having us. They were incredibly nice, available at any time and gave us great tips. Even DH Villa, Andreas, took care of us and asked if we needed anything. All in all a perfect service. The house is beautiful and the garden is big and just wonderful with a great pool. The view over Pesaro to the adriatic sea from the terrace/patio is incredible! All rooms were clean, towels and sheets were available. The kitchen was very well equipped. We, 4 adults, 2 children and a dog, had a wonderful time and will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at the villa.

The hosts were super friendly and gave us helpful recommendations. The villa has everything you need, is very clean and surrounded by beautiful nature. We very much enjoyed the pool, since the ocean is quite far away. The house is family and pet friendly which we appreciated. Overall a perfect holiday.

Wow, what a place!

Wow, what a place! Villa Luisa is huge, beautiful, and super clean. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the owners are some of the kindest and most caring people I’ve ever met, they really make you feel right at home. The area is very peaceful, but you’re only about 30 minutes from Rimini. There are fun party spots nearby if you want some nightlife, as well as gorgeous beaches and great restaurants for Family and Friends. Honestly, it was the perfect holiday, amazing villa, lovely hosts, and the best mix of relaxation and things to do. Highly recommend!

We have spent an excellent holiday week with 10 people in Villa Luisa end July 2024. Excellent location and view, the house, swimming pool and surroundings are very spacious and very nice. Swimming pool and garden was very well maintained. The owners are very nice and helpful in case needed. The area has many nice visit and eating opportunities.

fabulous location!

Absolutely fabulous location in the hills outside Pesaro overlooking the sea. The house was perfect for our family holiday. The pool and garden were just great, the house spotlessly clean, very well equipped and spacious. Our hosts gave us great recommendations and had a lovely meals out and visited what must be the most beautiful wine bar in the world in a vineyard on cliffs above the Adriatic. Highly recommend this house and indeed the whole experience of holidaying in this wonderful part of Italy.

Wir verbrachten zu viert 12 Tage in der Villa Luisa in Pesaro vom 7.9.- 19.9.2025. Das Anwesen ist ein Traum, wir haben selten einen solch schönen , großzügigen und gepflegten Garten gesehen. Das Leben fand nur draußen statt, wir genossen die Ruhe, die Abgeschiedenheit, das Private und den herrlichen Swimmingpool. Sehr hilfreich waren die Tipps unserer sehr netten Gastgeber bezüglich empfehlenswerter Unternehmungen. Wir haben es sehr geliebt und würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Perfekt !

Wir waren eine Woche dort. Eine super nette Begrüßung vor Ort durch Cinzia, Stefano und Kollegen. Unser Hund Monti hat den wirklich komplett eingezäunten Garten genossen, er war im Paradies ohne Leine. Das Haus, der Pool, der Garten super gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort wirklich genossen und überlegen schon ob und wann wir wieder kommen können. Auch die Umgebung mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, und der Tipp von Stefano zum Trüffeleinkauf u.s.w. waren ein Highlight.

Dreamy vacation

Wir waren 1 Woche hier und es war absolut traumhaft! Die Besitzer waren ultra freundlich und die Anlage selber war riesig und für meine Hunde ein Traum! Sie konnten frei herumrennen, da es gut gezaunt ist. Die Villa hat alles was man braucht inkl. Grill, schöner Sitzplatz, Wintergarten etc. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit Auto schnell erreicht. Wir waren 8 Leute mit zwei Hunden und es hat reichlich Platz für alle. Die Aussicht aus der Hängematte am Morgen werde ich definitiv vermissen! Ich kann es wirklich jedem Empfehlen, der die Ruhe und Zeit mit den Liebsten geniessen will. Man bekommt das wofür man auch bezahlt! Danke für die tolle Woche!

Soggiorno in villa meravigliosa

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in tre famiglie con bambini. Gli esterni della villa sono stupendi, piscina fantastica e tanto spazio a disposizione anche per pranzare/cenare tutti assieme. Giochi per bambini a disposizione. Grazie per l'ospitalità!
