"What a beautiful hotel in an off the beaten path location. Domenico was the perfect host. The room was lovely with a balcony and beautiful Mountain View. The grounds of the property are so very pretty, especially at night (pictures don’t do it justice). We had two dinners here, cooked by Nonna and we felt like we had our own personal chef. It was the perfect way to spend two nights at the end of our crazy run around vacation. So peaceful. So relaxing. I highly recommend you check this place out....

To make a long story short, the front desk manager listened and understood that there was a communication issue that led to us being overcharged. She subsequently reversed those charges and we greatly appreciate her doing so. Brava!!!"
