“First of all, we were somewhat greeted by a man on a screen that is remote broadcasting from India. No other perskn was physically in tge room. Our room had a fridge that wasn't working, the coffee machine had a used coffee pod in the water dispenser, the shower grout looked to have mold issues, and the comforter had a stain. We were all put in a room next to a large group. Upon their arrival there were kids screaming and adults cussing. They slammed doors and made lots of noise. We asked to……

“Loved the tower room with the brick walls and very comfy chaise longue. Nice and quiet. Bed was a little hard for my taste. Watched the 4th of July fireworks from the back stairs. Enjoyed the fire pit. Breakfast was okay. Coffee nice and strong. Good location. Could walk everywhere. Easy free parking.”

“If just stay for one night is fine I will not stay more than 2 nights”

“Great location and big bed. Lobby coffee was really good and staff were nice. The windows in the room didn’t open so it was pretty stuffy but otherwise nice enough.”

“What a great place to stay! The staff was amazing and maintained our room daily ( clean towels and bed sheets). Bed was very comfortable, slept great . Parking on site and pet friendly. Checking in and checking out was quick and easy. Is walking distance to downtown Petaluma. Will definitely stay here again; highly recommend!!! Thank you for a great stay!!”

“Pros: Huge room with our one child. Breakfast was included and tasty. Cons: checked in and got ready for dinner and noticed that they have complementary wine hour. Stood around and waited to see someone working and never did. Even called the number but no one answered.”

“First time staying here and we loved it!! We needed the shower that had the chair in it and my husband loved it. The room was spacious and since it was a suite it came with the fridge, other kitchen items also but we didn’t use them. If only we could have stayed longer. The girls at the front desk were so nice. Made us feel really welcomed. The breakfast was nice so our day started full. It had a pool, exercise room(didn’t use it but peaked and it was nice). Also had a fire pit and outdoor……
