When I first arrived no one answered the door, I had to wait about 10 minutes until someone finally heard my knocking. Not sure if the doorbell was not working or what happened. Checkin was very easy - just told the man my name and got given a key, same went for check out. The walls are thin so you can hear other guests, but overall it was a good place to stay if you are looking for an affordable option.

The room is cosy and quiet, shared toilet is clean (also depending on how other guests behave, of course) and good breakfast. If you are looking for a homey stay and treat, this family-ran guest house will be recommended.

Booked for somewhere to stay overnight close to the station. Nothing fancy, but felt welcome comfortable and safe as a solo female traveller. Didnt have breakfast but is smelled amazing.

Welcome was great. Permit parking arranged - guest house funded. Kevin allocated a double room in nearby annex, with bathroom across the corridor. All spotless. Room equipped for self catering - microwave, fridge, cutlery and crockery with tea/coffee and kettle. Really quiet too. Would happily stay again.

Traditional guest house B&B run by a lovely Irish bloke. Welcome was warm, breakfast was outstanding, room was comfortable and clean. It's not the Paris Hilton, but for its its class and price point, it was everything you'd hope for.
